TRAC Operational Guidelines

The TRAC Operational Guidelines standardizes activities across TRAC in the areas of resource sharing, damaged and lost materials payments, missing and in-transit items and contacting patrons. Guidelines are reviewed annually by the TRAC Advisory Council and the TRAC directors. Recommendations for changes or requests for interpretation can be forwarded to your Regional Library System Headquarters.
